Your account

Google sign-in provides your name, email address, profile picture and account identifier. We use these to identify your account and show your profile. A separate connection lets us access the Google Business Profiles you manage.

Your business website

We fetch business details, opening hours, services, available menus, photos, reviews and posts to create and maintain your website. A draft can be viewed by anyone with its private preview link. Publishing makes its content public. Website edits are stored separately and do not change your Google listing.

Storage and retention

Account and website data are stored in Convex. Google connection tokens are encrypted before storage. Cached Google business content expires 29 days after it was fetched and is removed by a scheduled cleanup. Successful refreshes replace it with newly fetched content; failures do not extend its deadline. Account details and your own edits remain while you use the service.

Payments and other providers

Stripe handles checkout, payment details and subscriptions. We store billing references and subscription status, not card numbers. Google receives requests when you sign in, connect a profile, load Google-hosted photos or open an embedded map. Our hosting and database providers process data to operate the service.

Cookies

We use an essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in and short-lived cookies to secure Google authorization. Sessions expire after 30 days without activity and at most 90 days after sign-in.

Disconnecting and deleting

You can disconnect Google in the app, which removes the connection and cached business content and takes affected websites offline. Subscription cancellation is managed separately. Delete account removes your account content and websites and requests subscription cancellation. External cleanup is retried if a provider is temporarily unavailable. Minimal deletion markers prevent old background work from restoring removed data. Stripe may retain financial records separately.

Google data use

We use connected Google data to provide the website features you request. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Contact support to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
